RETURN POLICY
Sure Shot Promotions will honor requests for returns, requests for comparable exchange, or in some cases requests for refund only if your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the item description, or in the event that you received the wrong item.
PRODUCT ORDERS
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of your receipt of delivery. All returns and exchange requests must be approved by Sure Shot Promotions via email. When reaching out please provide as much detail as possible including photos. Returned items must be delivered back to us in the same condition as when it left our possession including all tags or certification/authenticity (COA) stickers (if applicable). Removal of tags or certification/authenticity (COA) stickers will void your refund. In most cases you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
MAIL IN ITEMS
Items sent to us for event signings via mail-in are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and refunds. All items sent for autograph signings are done at your own risk. Most requests are fulfilled without any issue, but please familiarize yourself with the Mail Order FAQ before sending in your item.
